Since ancient times, most of the seasonal workers in Finland came to such farms. Such farms employ from two to several hundred workers. As a rule, we help to find employment only on small farms (up to 25 employees), the exception is a few farms where a large number of hectares of berries and such a number of people would not be able to cope, but everywhere the conditions and relations have been preserved and are kept at a sufficient level.
