The team is usually up to 10 people on such farms, depending on the size of the holdings, it reaches 20-30 workers, and on mixed farms where there are strawberries, there can be even more. As for fruit farms, they are usually apple farms, working on such a farm is simply relaxing and a good salary. Hourly pay, comfortable housing, friendly farmers.
I also want to add here those employers who do not have vegetables, berries and fruits, they are engaged in making juices, lemonades, beer, cider. There are few such employers, but they do exist.
I worked on vegetable farms and at a private company with drinks for 4 years and the memories are the best of the best.
